A manager is an individual who manages the overall operations in the organization. The manager has to have good experience, skills, educational qualifications to fulfill the requirements of his/her position. The manager's resume should give the entire picture of a person's work profile, education and achievements. A manager should know how to handle clients, staff, and all the people who come in contact. - Followed by that you have to give your career objective which summarizes your career goals, skills and your background. The career objective should be accurate, brief and complete.
- In the next section, you need to give details about your skills. As a manager, you need to have managerial, organizational, interpersonal skills. You have to mention about your knowledge of computers and other software as it is very much needed for day to day work of a manager.
- In the section "Work Experience", you have to give information about the jobs that you have done. The responsibilities and duties that you have carried out at those respective jobs. - You have to prepare a list of references which can be presented if asked by the employer. The references could be your superiors in previous organizations, colleagues working at a NGO, etc. You have to mention name, address, phone number and designation of the reference.
